I had an amazing birthday weekend at the hotel, with attentive and energetic staff who provided exceptional service, making me feel like a VIP. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but the dining experience left much to be desired, especially in terms of food temperature and flavor. Overall, the location was great, and while some areas could improve, the hospitality truly made this trip memorable.
